How to Earn Cavs Points

You can start earning Cavs Points by making purchases at Cavs Rewards locations, both online and in-store. Here’s how it works:

In-Store Purchases: Shop at any participating partner location with the credit or debit card you've linked to your Cavs Rewards account.
Online Purchases: Shop online at partner websites with the credit or debit card you've linked to your Cavs Rewards account.
Select In-Venue Purchases: Earn points with select purchases at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. This includes concessions and bars in the arena and Center Court, the Cavaliers team shop.
Refer-a-Friend: Earn points by referring others to join Cavs Rewards. You and your friends will receive 500 bonus points each time someone signs up using your personal referral link.

Earning Points with Specific Products

You can also earn points by purchasing eligible consumer packaged goods. To earn points:

Make sure your purchase is an eligible brand or product.
After your purchase, scan your receipt via the Cavs Rewards section in the Cavs official mobile app or website.
