What to Do If Your Receipt Scan Didn’t Add Points to Your Account

If you’ve recently scanned a receipt and don’t see any Cavs Points added to your balance, there could be a few reasons why. Retailers may display products and brands differently on their receipts. This variance may cause some eligible purchases to be missed when processing your receipt.


Here’s what to do:

  1. Confirm your purchase: Double-check that the item you purchased is part of the Cavs Rewards program.
  2. Verify your receipt details: Ensure that the retailer name, product name(s), and purchase date are clearly visible and legible on your receipt. 
  3. Submit a support ticket: If you believe you purchased an eligible product from a participating Cavs Rewards partner but didn't receive points, submit a support ticket by clicking here. Be sure to select the appropriate topic related to your receipt issue when submitting your inquiry.
