Earning Digital Badges and bonus points is simple. You can do this by:

  • Shopping: The more you shop at Cavs Rewards locations, the better chance you have at earning Badges and more Cavs points. 
  • Referrals: Refer friends who sign up and you and your friends will receive bonus Cavs points!


Badge Tiers and Perks

As you collect Badges, you’ll advance through various tiers, each unlocking more bonus points:

  • Rookie: Earn a 1,000-point bonus.
  • Veteran: Earn a 2,500-point bonus.
  • All-Star: Earn a 5,000-point bonus.
  • Champion: Earn a 10,000-point bonus.
  • Legend: Earn a 15,000-point bonus.


Surprise and Delight Badges

In addition to tier-based Badges, Cavs Rewards may offer additional Surprise and Delight Badges. These are randomly distributed opportunities where fans can earn bonus points or even unlock rewards not available for regular redemption.
